Our knives are made completely by our hands, one at a time in our little factory in Jacksonville, FL. The stainless knives are cold forged, heat treated, and sharpened in house to make a knife that performs well and is easy to maintain.
Specialty/ Damascus
This category consist of our specialty knives, like the Yanagi, and a variety of damascus knives. Our specialty knives are uniquely shaped and excel at a single purpose.
